Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options (JAFCO) South Palm Beach County Chapter will host its Food and Wine Extravaganza at 7 p.m. March 31 at Boca Kitchens, 2900 N. Federal Highway in Boca Raton, Florida. Participants can learn how to prepare various dishes, create works of art with chocolate and what wines to pair with different foods and dessert.
